Annalynn Brown
was a starter on the Homer varsity softball team all through high school and her steadiness and focus made her a respected leader. She was the tournament MVP as a sophomore and was the runner-up MVP while leading Homer to its third straight regional title as the starting pitcher. Like so many others, this would have been a capstone year but it was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Annalynn plans to take courses at UAA to pursue her dream of being a professional pilot and hopes to play some college ball during her education.
