Williams paces Iowa Central at Jayhawk Collegiate Challenge

Anchorage’s Logan Williams led the Iowa Central Community College bowling team at the Jayhawk Collegiate Challenge in Lawrence, Kansas.

Despite being matched up against competition from larger schools, the sophomore rolled a 188 average to finish 20th in a field of 115.

Williams, of Bartlett High fame, finished with 1,128 pins in six games.

Through two tournaments he has a 189.8 average in 12 games.

The Iowa Central men finished seventh out of 14 teams at the Jayhawk Challenge.
